How can I give it that last kick in the pants to get it to turn on? My local pc shop guru found it for me. I installed ndiswrapper and the appropriate drivers and it all went smoothly, but when I look at ndiswrapper’s driver list it shows the driver to not be connected to any device. Cardbus card not working for some reason. Any suggestions are also appreciated. Unzip the drivers, and note where they’re installed.

Confirmed working for 6. When I used “lspci -nn ” it showed the same read-out as yours but I’m left f5dd8010 no actual working device. I thought Ubuntu and Debian were practically the same linx.

Linux wireless 802.11n progress
Hi, I have just installed Ubuntu 7. Took the files from the opened window and dropped them on the desktop. Never used and card in original wrapping however box has a small belkin f5d linux near the opening.
According to ndiswrapper -l my card is there, but not according to anything else in the computer. Most others indicate Linux support and don’t indicate free software linyx. I saw your “How to”.
